We want you to be happy with your purchase. We understand that there are risks and uncertainties involved in shopping online, so we are happy to accept refunds and exchanges on our products. You can return or exchange the item within 14 days of your purchase.

When we receive the item back, the money will be paid back to you using the same purchase payment method. you can contact us to choose another method if needed. Shipping cost would be deducted.

When will my return not be accepted by Tomorrow's bike?

  1. When products are not returned within 14 days after delivery.
  2. Products such as clothing or other products that can be worn must not have any damage, dirty spots or unpleasant odors.
  3. Hygiene products cannot be returned when the packaging is opened.
  4. The product or packaging must be returned in its original condition, new items should be returned without being used.
  5. When the item is on sale.


Who pays the costs of return shipment?
If you want to return a product to tomorrowsbike.be, the costs will be for the buyer. Only returns with Track & Trace are accepted. This is important so that we can see where the return shipment is at all times.

Shipping Costs
Returning domestic or international orders will be responsible for postage or any additional cost of the product. The returns are at your own risk and we prefer that you send the product with a tracking code.

If your product is defective or does not work properly, send us a photo or a short video of the damage via info@tomorrowsbike.be and we will send you the spare parts or a replacement item for free.
